Scope of service

These terms apply to the public site, documentation, customer portal, and related API services. Product-specific licensing, refunds, support scope, and purchase terms may also be described in the applicable checkout flow, customer portal, or product-specific legal documents.

Accounts

• Public sign-up is disabled.
• Accounts are intended to be created through approved purchase flows or direct admin provisioning.
• You are responsible for maintaining control of the email inbox used for magic-link authentication.

Payments and billing

• Purchases are processed by Stripe or other approved payment providers.
• Taxes, refunds, renewal terms, and license scope are described in the applicable checkout flow and product-specific terms.
• Access and entitlements may be suspended for failed payments, fraud review, or misuse.

Acceptable use

• No abuse, probing, credential stuffing, scraping, denial-of-service, or interference with the service.
• No reverse engineering of protected SaaS components except where mandatory law permits it.
• No use of the service in violation of sanctions, export controls, or market rules that apply to you.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No service-level commitment, uptime warranty, or fitness-for-purpose warranty is offered unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and any product-specific terms or separate written agreements that apply to your purchase or account.

Regulated activity and trading risk

Trading involves material financial risk. The software is a tool, not investment advice, brokerage, or execution assurance. You remain responsible for compliance with the rules that apply to your jurisdiction and market activity.
